Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between Managerial skills and group effectiveness in subordinate offices in Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare in Sanandaj city. The research method was correlation survey. The statistical population included all the Cooperative organizations, Labour and Social Welfare and subsidiary organizations in Sanandaj city. Using Cochrane formula 244 people through sample ratio stratified random sampling were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data two researcher made questionnaires were used (Managerial skills and group effectiveness). To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics the SPSS software, for model fitting and structural equations the LISREL software were used. The results showed that there was a positive significant relationship between the Managerial skill and communication, leadership, teaming and decision-making with group effectiveness.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The aim of this study is the thematic analysis of an effective cultural manager’ s components from Quran’ s point of view. Method: There for, in order to the principal aim of study and method of thematic analysis, 5 general theme are recognized: effective leadership, human resources management practices of an effective manager, characteristics and traits of an effective manager, Managerial functions of an effective manager and attention to self-learning. The domain of this study is the whole verses of Quran that has been tried to explore the contents related to an effective cultural manager among them. Results: Concepts from the translations and construes of these verses have been obtained which after clustering, integrating and omitting the common codes, 231 key themes, 69 integrator themes of level 2, 19 integrator themes of level1 and 5 macro themes have been obtained. In order to checking the validity of this research, the method of Lincoln and Guba which are, the reliability of the research has been checked by the use of Holsti’ s method. Conclusion: The results have been analyzed in the template of thematic network and caused to explore the final model of this study.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

Although there is relatively substantial literature about what management is, how it works and what functions are there, but the research findings about what the effective managers do and what features are entitled, is limited. In this context, this paper has extracted individual constructs of managers about Managerial effectiveness to provide Managerial effectiveness system from point of view of managers. For this purpose, 30 middle managers from the five top comprehensive universities in the cities of Tehran, Mashhad, Shiraz, formed the study sample. For Data gathering was used interviews based on repertory grid technique in three steps. Finally, the output from the interviews created 30 single personal repertory grids and in total 405 personal constructs about Managerial effectiveness. Content analysis of these constructs created the aggregated grid consisting of 10 elements and 33 secondary constructs based on priorities and illustrated of Managerial effectiveness system of managers.

Abstract: 

Managerial effectiveness has always been one of the most important expectations of organizations from managers. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of teaching Neuro Linguistic Programming and transactional analysis on Managerial effectiveness. The research design was quasiexperimental with pre-test, post-test, control group and 2 months follow up. The population was all the middle male managers of Pars Khodro Company, and the sample consisted of 66 managers who distributed randomly in the experimental and control groups. The instruments of this study were: Gupta Management effectiveness questionnaire, Transactional Analysis Protocol Based on Moradi, Shafiabadi and Salimi Protocol (2016) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Protocol Based on Kajbaf, Moqaddas and Aghaei Protocol (2011). To analyze the data, repeated measures analysis of variance was used. Findings showed a significant difference between the mean of Managerial effectiveness in the experimental and the control groups and showed that the Transactional analysis method has a significant effect on increasing the Managerial effectiveness scores of managers; but this effect was not significant in Neuro Linguistic Programming method. Also, the pairwise comparison of the means indicated that transactional analysis training was more effective than the neuro Linguistic programming training on Managerial effectiveness. Therefore, it can be concluded that managers can increase their effectiveness by learning transactional analysis techniques, and organizations can increase the productivity of their managers by holding these training courses.

Abstract: 

Background: Effective leadership that rises from Managerial training courses is highly constructive in managing hospitals more effectively. This study aims at investigating the relationship between leadership effectiveness with providing management training courses for hospital managers. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study carried out on top and middle managers of 16 hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences. As a sample, 96 participants were selected through census method. Data were collected using leadership effectiveness and style questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were certified in previous studies. Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regressions were used for data analysis. Results: Leadership effectiveness score was estimated to be 4. 36, showing a suitable status for managers' leadership effectiveness compared to the set criteria. No significant difference was found between leadership effectiveness and styles among managers who had passed the training courses with those who had not (p>0. 05). Conclusion: Passing Managerial training courses may have no significant effect on managers' leadership effectiveness, but there may be some other variables which should be meticulously studied.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is investigation of employee's workplace learning predictability through workplace learning culture, and mediation of psychological empowerment and Managerial effectiveness. A written questionnaire including 33 items was designed using standard measures. 90 questionnaires were distributed in 15 branches of Eghtesad-e-Novin bank of Khorasan-e-Shomali, Jonoobi and Razavi provinces, and 83 cases were collected. The final response rate after eliminating of 2 non-eligible questionnaires was 90 percent. Construct validity was evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis, and calculated Cronbach's alpha oversize 0.70 for various constructs of questionnaire confirmed its reliability. Pearson correlation analysis, structural equation modeling and mediation analysis techniques were applied to test research hypotheses. Research results indicated that psychological empowerment is a strong mediator variable for predicting the impact of workplace learning culture on employee's workplace learning.
